No advertising cookies. No behavioral tracking. No hidden data games. This Privacy Policy explains, in a detailed and transparent manner, how Wixet processes personal data when you visit this website, contact us, interact with embedded content or use any of the communication channels made available through the site.

This policy is drafted with reference to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee, and applicable Spanish information society services regulations. It is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by legal counsel if formal legal assurance is required.

For privacy-related requests, rights requests, questions about this policy or communications concerning personal data, please use the email address above and include sufficient information to identify your request.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data processed through this website, including contact forms, email communications initiated from the website, security mechanisms, aggregated analytics, technical logs and optional interactions with third-party embedded content such as YouTube videos.
This policy does not apply to websites, services, platforms or repositories operated by third parties, even if they are linked from this website. Such third parties apply their own legal terms and privacy policies.
3. Categories of data processed
Depending on how you interact with the website, Wixet may process the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: name, email address, telephone number if provided, company or organization if provided.
- Professional or project information: project type, message content, technical context voluntarily included in the contact form or email.
- Form metadata: language, consent confirmation, anti-spam validation result and minimal request metadata required to process the message.
- Technical and security data: IP address, user agent, timestamps, request headers, abuse-prevention signals and information generated by hosting or security providers.
- Aggregated analytics data: page views, approximate traffic volume, country-level or route-level aggregated statistics where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled.
- Third-party interaction data: information processed by YouTube/Google only if you choose to load and play an embedded video.
4. Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to messages, requests for information, professional enquiries or project proposals sent by you.
- Managing technical, commercial or pre-contractual communications initiated by the user.
- Maintaining the security, integrity and availability of the website and its forms.
- Preventing spam, abuse, automated submissions, malicious requests or unauthorized activity.
- Obtaining aggregated website usage statistics to understand whether the site is useful and which sections are visited.
- Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests or defending Wixet's legitimate interests where necessary.
5. Legal bases
The applicable legal bases may include:
- Consent: when you submit the contact form and accept the Privacy Policy.
- Pre-contractual measures: when you contact Wixet to request information, a proposal or professional services.
- Legitimate interest: website security, abuse prevention, aggregated non-invasive analytics, service improvement and defense against misuse.
- Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations or lawful requests from competent authorities.
6. Contact form processing
When you submit the contact form, the data you provide is transmitted to Wixet for the purpose of replying to your message. The form is not used to subscribe you to newsletters, automated marketing sequences, lead scoring systems or behavioral profiling tools.
The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and abuse. Turnstile is used as a security measure. Wixet does not use it to create advertising profiles or to track users across websites.
7. Providers and processors
Wixet may use carefully selected technology providers to operate this website. These providers may process data as processors, independent controllers or infrastructure providers depending on the service and their legal terms.
- Cloudflare: DNS, hosting, edge security, Pages Functions, Turnstile and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Resend: delivery of transactional email generated by the contact form.
- YouTube/Google: video playback only after explicit user interaction with an embedded video placeholder.
- GitHub, X/Twitter and Telegram: external platforms linked from the website. Their own policies apply when you visit them.
8. International data transfers
Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area or may process data through international infrastructure. Where applicable, such transfers should be covered by appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, provider data processing agreements or equivalent mechanisms recognized by applicable data protection law.
9. Analytics and measurement
Wixet may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated, privacy-friendly statistics. The purpose is to understand broad usage metrics such as visits, page views and popular routes. Wixet does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, marketing pixels or cross-site profiling for this website.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The website is designed to avoid non-essential advertising and behavioral tracking technologies. The Cookie Policy explains in more detail which technologies may be involved, why no cookie banner is currently implemented and under which circumstances that approach would need to be reviewed.
11. YouTube videos
Embedded videos are not loaded automatically. A placeholder is shown first, and YouTube content is requested only when you decide to play the video. When that happens, YouTube/Google may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Retention periods
Contact requests are retained for the time necessary to respond, manage the relationship, follow up on the matter and comply with applicable limitation periods. If no professional relationship follows from the contact, data will be retained only for a reasonable period unless legal, security or dispute-related reasons require longer retention.
Technical and security logs are retained according to operational needs and the retention practices of the relevant infrastructure providers. Aggregated analytics data does not aim to identify individual visitors.
13. Recipients
Personal data will not be sold. Data may be accessed by Wixet personnel or collaborators who need it to respond to requests, maintain the website or provide services. Data may also be processed by the providers listed above and may be disclosed where required by law, competent authorities or to defend legal claims.
14. User rights
Subject to applicable law, you may exercise the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing where applicable.
To exercise these rights, write to hello@wixet.com. Wixet may request additional information where necessary to verify your identity or clarify the scope of the request.
15. Complaints
If you believe that your data protection rights have been infringed, you may contact Wixet first so that the matter can be reviewed. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority.
16. Accuracy of information provided by users
Users are responsible for ensuring that the personal data they provide is accurate, up to date and lawful. Users must not submit personal data of third parties unless they have a lawful basis to do so.
17. Changes to this policy
Wixet may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, operational or service changes. The updated version will be published on this page with its corresponding date. Continued use of the website after publication of changes implies awareness of the updated policy.
